These terms explain how booking a tour with TrueNorthBali works. They keep things clear and fair for both you and our team.
Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, itinerary, number of guests and pickup, and you have confirmed directly with us. We'll always confirm the final details in writing.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per person or per group and include everything listed on the relevant tour page. Anything not listed (for example extra nights or personal expenses) is not included.
Safety & changes
Your safety comes first. If weather or conditions affect the boat or a stop, we adjust the plan or reschedule where possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
